Alaska Winter Blues

With the days getting longer, the sun clearing some of the mountains, and a couple days sunny skies,
it was a great Cabin Fever Reliever to get out and see some sights.
These are all within 30 miles of Anchorage, a nice afternoon drive each day.
A mountain in the Chugach Range, these are small mountains by Alaska standards,
about 4,000 feet above sea level, and quite rugged as you can see.

There was some moonshine on the mountain…

Some mountain reflections among the floating ice of Upper Turnagain Arm

And panoramas abounding. This one is a 2 frame panorama showing the high clouds, like broad brush marks in the sky, over the ice filled lower Turnagain Arm.
